Iris Mental Health Consultancy CIC is a community interest company limited by guarantee, established to improve access to trauma-informed, evidence-based mental health support for children, young people, and families in Southwest London.
What we do
Three ways we support people across Southwest London.
Therapy
Individual, group, family and art therapy for children, young people, parents and families.
Support for neurodivergent children and young people
Respite-style, low-pressure, one-to-one support and activities, sensitive to sensory needs.
Consultancy, training and supervision
For schools, VCSE organisations and statutory partners building trauma-informed practice.

We work with people of all ages across seven Southwest London boroughs. You can come to us directly, or through a school, GP or local authority — you don’t need a diagnosis to get in touch.

What a community interest company means
Community first, in law.
A community interest company is a business set up to benefit the community rather than private shareholders. It means our purpose is social, not commercial.
We’re limited by guarantee, so there are no shares and no shareholder dividends. And we operate under an “asset lock”, which legally protects our assets so they can only ever be used for our community purpose — not taken out for private gain.
